You can find the consumption overview in the top right menu by clicking on Invoices/Consumption
In the Invoices/Consumption section, click on the RECRU AI Voicebot tab. In this section, you will see a summary of consumption for the given month, representing the total cost of using AI Voicebot by all users.
The service price is 0.30 EUR / AI Minute. The total monthly consumption depends on the number and duration of calls made.
Budget Setup
By clicking the "Set your budget" button, you can set your monthly consumption budget.
You can update the budget at any time by clicking the "Edit Budget" button again.
This budget is informational only. It does not restrict the service, but is used to configure e-mail alerts when the consumption limit is reached.
Setting Up Budget Consumption Alerts
By clicking the "Add Alert" button, you will create a notification that will inform you when the given monthly budget has been exceeded.
When adding an alert, you have the option to:
1. Select a percentage threshold - at what level of budget consumption the alert should be sent 2. Choose users who should receive the alert 3. Set the email subject
Created alerts will appear in the consumption overview and can be edited at any time.
Consumption Detail
By clicking the "Consumption Detail" button, you will get an extended overview of usage details for the given month.
You will find here:
1. Pie chart - displays the percentage breakdown of consumption among individual users 2. Bar chart - shows the total daily consumption throughout the month 3. Daily cost table - for each day, the amounts assigned to specific users and the total amount are listed 4. Filter - allows you to quickly narrow the view by selected users or dates
